Apple Cider
4.5% alc/vol
She’ll be apples! Four different kinds, in fact, are blended into our pure, elegantly refreshing, thirst-quenching apple cider — granny smith, gala, golden delicious and jonathon. A great all-rounder.
Tasting notes:
A sparkling apple cider with beautiful clarity and champagne-like bubbles. Fresh apple aromas with an effervescent apple tang and a lingering medium-dry finish. Serve well chilled.

Pear Cider
4.5% alc/vol
Our fresh new pear blend features a wonderful profusion of gorgeous pears — a merry jumble of old world and new world favourites, grown in rich Tassie soil: packham, beurre bosc, Josephine, Doyenné Du Comice and winter cole. A dash of apple cider keeps all the creamy lushness in the ‘Goldilocks’ zone: not too sweet, not too dry … just right.
Tasting notes:
An enticing pear cider cut with a splash of apple cider. Spicy pear flesh and skin on the nose, with opulent pear flavours nicely balanced by a crunchy apple zip. Lovely on its own, or paired with spicy cuisines.

Cherry Cider

Uniquely Tasmanian, our Cerise (French for ‘cherry’) is a purely Pagan innovation: a bewitching blend of rich dark cherry juice (from plump cherries grown in the orchard beside the cellar door) and dry apple cider.
Tasting notes:
A lush blend of cherry juice and dry apple cider, with a spicy perfumed nose and claret/burgundy hues. The palate hums with dark cherries and plums, with rich Christmas fruit cake notes. Great with crumbly cheddar.
