She’ll be apples! Four different kinds, in fact, are blended into our pure, elegantly refreshing, thirst-quenching apple cider — granny smith, gala, golden delicious and jonathon. A great all-rounder.
A sparkling apple cider with beautiful clarity and champagne-like bubbles. Fresh apple aromas with an effervescent apple tang and a lingering medium-dry finish. Serve well chilled.
This enchanting pear and apple blend is soft and alluring: not too sweet, not too dry. The pear cider component is given extra love by being part fermented in chardonnay oak barrels; an apple infusion keeps it fresh and clean.
An enticing pear and apple cider blend (beurre bosc and packham pears and a dash of apples). Spicy pear flesh and skin on the nose, with subtle oak notes. Rich pear flavours given extra mouthfeel by partial barrel ageing, nicely balanced by a crunchy apple zip. Lovely on its own, or paired with spicy Asian cuisines.
Uniquely Tasmanian, our Cerise (French for ‘cherry’) is a purely Pagan innovation: a bewitching blend of rich dark cherry juice (from plump cherries grown in the orchard beside the cellar door) and dry apple cider.
A lush blend of cherry juice and dry apple cider, with a spicy perfumed nose and claret/burgundy hues. The palate hums with dark cherries and plums, with rich Christmas fruit cake notes. Great with crumbly cheddar.
Seasonal Small-Batch Blends
Throughout the year we also produce small-run blends, available from our cellar door in the Huon Valley, as well as a select few venues. These blends are highly sought, strictly limited-release, and sell out quickly.

Not sweet at all, despite a strawberry-jam nose. A blend of Cygnet strawberries and dry apple cider, with a tingly spine that finishes bone dry. Great with bitter dark chocolate.
Simply exquisite, this blushing beauty is blended from plump Tassie blueberries and dry apple cider, with exquisite notes of blueberry, violet and rose petal.
